- Venue Recommendation
- Recommending and appoint appropriate venue for the event
- Liaising directly with the venue owner on the provision of facilities for the Opening Ceremony, Workshop, Conference, Exhibition, Welcome Dinner, F & B, Audio-Visual equipment and all operational needs for the event
- Liaising with the venue owner on the requirements and limitations of venue / facilities
- Entertainment
- Recommending and appointing Entertainers for entertainment programmes, if needed during key events such as Welcome Dinner and Networking Night including theme, décor, table arrangement, registration and logistics support at selected venue
- Hotel, Tour and Transportation
- Handling all necessary arrangements for overseas delegates / speakers on matters such as hotel accommodation, hotel / airport
- Contracting and manage transport services for event based on requirement
- Payment and Fee Collection
- Developing financial budget for cost control
- Keeping accounts for fee collection
- Photography and Video Production
- Arranging for photography of the whole event
- Arranging for video recording of the event, inclusive of editing and final production in required format
- Publicity and Website Design
- Planning and sourcing for service providers for conceptual design of event materials, logo, amenities bags and other promotional materials including electronic information
- Co-ordinating services relating to printing and dissemination of publicity materials prior to event such as announcements and programmes to targeted audience

- Technical and AV Support
- Contracting and managing audio-visual services to meet needs of the event, inclusive of resolving equipment compatibility issues
- Providing onsite technical support for all audio-visual and office equipment hired for use at event and work with the venue technicians on those equipment provided by venue
